Conveniently located near Clam Lake, Wisconsin and its snowmobile/ATV trails, this private 3 bedroom vacation home rental offers clean, comfortable accommodations with all the amenities.
A spacious screened porch offers a front row seat overlooking beautiful Upper Clam Lake and the grassy lawn leading down to the water's edge. The porch makes a great place for a meal at the picnic table and general relaxation on the comfortable patio furniture.
Sliding patio door leads from the lakeside porch into one of two living room areas with a futon sofa sleeper and TV with Satellite TV service. Central air will help keep you cool when required.
The large wraparound deck provides a relaxing location to enjoy the sun and wooded Northwoods setting as well as a view of the lake. There is also an outdoor fire ring.
The kitchen includes 6 person dining table, electric stove/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker and plenty of cupboard space. A second living room area is off the kitchen with a comfortable seating arrangement around another TV set with satellite television.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, too. The first bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The second bedroom with a queen bed also has a full closet and TV with satellite TV hookup while the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, closet and its own full bath.
The lakeside yard dotted with pines has an outdoor fire ring and leads to your own dock on Upper Clam Lake (boat shown in some photos and tour is NOT included with rental). The lake is part of the West Fork of the Chippewa River. The 166 acre lake has a maximum depth of 23 feet and is a popular fishing lake with northern pike, bluegill and largemouth bass. Walleye, muskie and crappie are also caught. There is a public boat launch just down the road a short distance.
Upper Clam Lake is also fun to explore by canoe or kayak and can be a productive ice fishing lake, too!
